Kamil, the engineer,phoned immediately to arrange an appointment to look at my dishwasher. He was able to come very quickly. He called again an hour before the appointment and arrived at the arranged time. Kamil was polite and friendly, thorough, honest and extremely helpful in trying to repair my machine. The callout charge was less than many other firms are charging. An excellent service which I would definitely recommend
